Mechanical System Description: New HVAC and Exhaust Systems to serve 8,500 sq.ft. space. HVAC consisting of 18,200 CFM Packaged MUA with 28.5 Tons of Cooling and 3 x 5,000 CFM Exhaust Fans. Full DDC System installation with Graphics and emailed Alarm Generation.

Roles and Responsibilities: Install Large Modulating Packaged Rooftop HVAC and Exhaust Systems to maintain critical Temperature and Pressurization Control.
